hi im a newb wen it comes to fallout got it 2 days ago loving it but i hear and see all this talk about a alien blaster how the hell do u get it ive seen ways but wen i try them tlphey fail this is really starting to piss me off plz help

Its in the upper right corner of the map. Wait, which fallout? There are two alien blasters. The one in the link is from Fallout 3.
