what is th best armor in your opinion? o, and directions or just the general area i can get it at would bemuch appreciatd. tesla armor is getting old.

The T51-B and T51-B Weatherized Armor are both superior to any BoS, Outcast, or Enclave/Tesla Armor. |

I made my own sniper armor using the G.E.C.K. - but I have to agree with Synch; the T51b armour is the best "in game" armour.

Ah,well, my favorite armor to wear is the Sheriffs hat with Winterized T-51b Power Armor
or Chinese Stealth Armor with the hood from Oasis.

Reilly's Ranger armor. Lightweight, easily repaired, AP and luck bonus. It's not very stylish, but does the job.

Hes right its great armor to have i dont like power armor that much it has good DR but most enemies dont get that close to me ale melee enemies die before they can reach me even deathclaws maybe not behemoths |

my fave armour is the shady hat with the sherriffs duster lightwieght good sneak bonouses and charisma and luck i also like the merc veteren armour that i took off simone from the temple of the union dont no if its unique but ive never seen another

T51B is awesome, and to answer your question you must complete the "You got to shoot them in the Head!" quest to receive it. You can find several walkthroughs for this quest on these forums or on Wiki Vault. I usually give the T51B to my companion because they need greater protection then I do and then I don't have to repair it either. For my personal favorite I usually wear Tesla Power Armor which is found on certain Enclave soldiers. It's easy to repair (Once you reach the proper stage in the game), no stat penalties, a bonus to energy weapons and it looks bad-ass!

I say the chinese stealth armor is the best,
but it is a little over-powerful. You can steal from mostly anyone.
Also the winterized T-51B is quite amazing.
And my favorite weapons are the shocksword and fawke's sledge.
