Ghoul megaton?

So i entered megaton and almost everyone was a ghoul!No bomb explosion or something.And of course,i can't post a screenshot 'cause i don't know how Sad

.Maybe you can help me sometime.Is it from a mod im using or its a game glitch? Huh

First off, there is already one Ghoul in Megaton (Gob), but I'm sure you knew that. I have never before heard of this happening, but new bugs and glitches are popping up ALL OVER the Wasteland. Most likely this happened due to a mod, and really shouldn't affect your gameplay unless they're all Underworld Ghouls or something where the regular Megaton character's dialoge options do not open, and in stead they just speak general text where no dialoge box opens...

This happened on my old PC . I did'nt download a mod for it . But I went to drop off some stuff in my megaton house and took a rest . As soon as i get out all i hear is the ghouls scream , I look around and i see not one human . I killed them all it would say there human names (Lucas simms , megaton settler etc.)And if i took there clothes there body would go from ghoul to human . The only people that didnt kill me were gob , moriarty , nova and a child of atom .
