I was in the bar at megaton and heard jericho and nova talking. I turned to them to listen to there convo (some of the inter-npc chatter is amusing) and saw nova swiveling her head 360 degrees! not back-to-front exorsist style but like a clock hand with her hair pointing to her feat and her chin up!

Anyone else seen any character do this?

Pretty sure this must be a bug! Proper freaked me out and reminded me of a time i was watching an owl, those things have got freaky necks!
