I would say the Yao Guai caves. If you just started Fallout 3 and you haven't ever killed a yao guai it's scary. Trust me.

The scariest thing that ever happened to me was when 3 Yoi guia in the caves randomly jumped me from behind. i was flippin out and randomly shooting stuff.

there honestly isnt anything creepy in this game. but for me i was a little tense when you have to go through the valut simulator in the science museum. i thought some creepy flashback would pop up at me

Dunwich building freaked me right out. Got so far in then thought no way i aint tooled up enough for this so back to megaton for ammo and minigun. That made me feel a bit better. lol  |

i personally dont think dunwich is that scary, not if u hav the ghoul mask... dunwich is in the southwest corner of the map, the VERY southwest corner... u want scary? that vault where u keep seein the illusions, now thats freaky! (the pitt steelyard is kinda freaky 2, those trogs are animals!)  |

Whichever Vault is closest to 101 (i think its 108?) the gas makes certain parts of the building turn blue and you hallucinate seeing people. One part i walked into made everything nice so i started looting and turned around to see the overseer. scared the crap outta me.

Like I stated earlier in this post, Vault 108 is very creepy, but on the other hand, so is the Dunwich Building... Plus there's actually a bobblehead (Melee Weapons) which can be found in the Virulent Underchambers of Dunwich...  |
