I know I'm not the biggest fan of Bethesda making Fallout 3, but like I have said a few times, it looks like its gonna be an awesome game! (just not true to the series imo)
BUT nevertheless, what makes your trigger finger tickle in anticipation of the new Fallout?
Personally, what I'm looking forward to/curious about:
-Trying out the targetting system they are bragging so much about.
-Seeing if they actually manage to make an interesting story (I know the basic consept of the story, and to be honest: its not something that would move me, but it does make the basis for some decent roleplay. And I just hope its not so vague we have to "pretend" or be so forced that we can't get away from it)
-The AI! Can't wait to see if people actually have a life or just walk around some decided path. (I'm actually a LITTLE bit impressed of some aspects of the Oblivion characters. When walking around the wilderness you can come across hunters out looking for deer. I would love to see more of that kind of people)
And now, What really scares me:
- The level scaling - knowing that they just HAD to add that, I SOOOO hope they don't overdo it! It ruins the entire aspect of roleplaying! I wanna become the big ol' mean bastard that none of the baddies can hurt! I don't want all the bad guys being equal to me (another oblivion example: the stronger you get, the stronger badguys appear in the forrests.)
- Unkillable chars - I like to kill stuff m'kay? thank you!
-No kids? whats that all about? Some say that there will be kids, but unkillable, others say kids won't be there at all. I'm not a twisted sick individual with an urge to kills miniature humans, but kids are an important part of the world, and should be a VERY important part of rebuilding a world! if theres no1 to pass on the guns to, what are we fighting for?
I could go on forever, but thats 3+ and 3- for now

Anyone else got some insight?
