[WIP] - Fallout 3 Zone Location Map

I'm currently working on a map with all locations numbered and named. This map will be hosted at Fallout3Nexus, but I will only make a release thread here, so you guys will be the first to know Smiley
I know there are maps out there already, but of some I don't like the looks (use ingame shots of the map).
I hope to bring you a detailed map, with a nice, clear layout and in Hi-Rez.

Below you'll find a screenshot of the work in progress.
Please let me know what you think, all suggestions are welcome!

WOW! Excellent work! I guess you're starting with downtown then working your way to the outskirts of Maryland and Virginia?

Nope, it looks like that, but it's because everything seems to be concentrated down there.
I'm doing them per location type: Vaults, Metro, ...

Not sure if it helps or not, but i started working with your map and another (combined) so i could easily locate everything.

I'm only posting this to see if it helps you in any way like it has me Smiley Everyone else please use th original Maps created by the artists, this is simply for korroghan and their progress Smiley

Yes, the images are very rough atm, but I was making a quick fix in PS CS3. I COULD go through all the trouble of remastering the map and all that jazz so its cleaner, but screw that lol

I IN NO WAY TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS OTHER THAN COMBINING THE TWO lol.

The locations will surely help me out! I was using a flash reference map I found on FO3 Nexus to locate everything, but this will be easier printed out...
If I can help you out in any other way, just PM me. Smiley

Glad I could help Smiley I am a huge fan of this game and if I can help in getting others interested/keep them interested then I am all about it. Bethesda is one of the few game companies YET to disappoint me with any of their games.

Cant wait to see your finished project Smiley

Once you get to lvl 20 you can also get the Explorer perk which will show all locations on map visited and not.

They explorer perk is really nice.  I saw a video on youtube though that showed the location of Rockopolis...its not on the map at all.  Oh and the best part the melee bobblehead is in there lol.
