Endurance +1 Deathclaw Sanctuary: The entrance on a table next to a rotting Brahmin corpse
Charisma +1 Vault 108: In the Cloning Lab
Intelligence +1 Rivet City: Dr. Li's table in the Science Lab
Agility +1 Greener Pastures Disposal: The small office covered in radiation
Luck +1 Arlington Cemetery: Basement on a shelf directly below the stairs inside the house to the southwest. The house is on a hill, southwest of Arlington Cemetary North and almost due north of Arlington Cemetary South.

UNLOCKABLE HOW TO UNLOCK
Barter +10 Evergreen Mills: Back of the Market Bazaar on a shelf in the upper-right side behind the Raider Trader that does not attack
Big Guns +10 Fort Constantine: The basement of the CO Quarters inside a safe in the wall
Energy Weapons +10 Raven Rock: In the room with the force field blocking access to 3 enclave crates, on level 2 of Raven Rock.
Explosives +10 WKML Broadcast Station: Through the doorway to the sealed cistern
Lockpick +10 Bethesda Ruins: Bethesda Offices East on the top floor near the door to the bridge
Medicine +10 Vault 101: On your dad's desk
Melee Weapons +10 Dunwich Building: Virulent Underchambers, on the floor next to the door
Repair +10 Aerefu: Evan King's house
Science +10 Vault 106: The table in the middle of the living quarters second level main room

The only one I have come across so far that was not in direct view was Barter. Just keep your eyes peeled! :-)

I cannot find the Barter one at all, I killed the raider trader and took his terrible shotgun, and looked everywhere around him for the bobblehead, but no luck. Any info on where it is??

I know one mod that will have success: Bobbleheads that shine as bright as the sun!! I'm playing on the ps3, so I can't make em shine. Bummer. is the Barter Bobblehead in that location for sure, b/c I'll keep looking. |

When you kill him, back by his cabinets... all the way to the right... hop over the bench and it's back there on a shelf. |
