At the official forum there are a lot of tips coming in about console cheats and commands.
I figured it could be interresting to assemble them in one thread here, so I started gathering all of them...
If you come across some new console commands, or you see an error, please share and I'll update the list!
Most tips come from this thread over at the OF:

tm - this will completely remove the HUD and menus and, well, anything GUI related.
tai - this will completely disable the AI of any creature/npc. Enter tai again to resume (toggle) action.
tfc - to activate the flying camera (toggle flying camera; type tfc again to deactivate it.)
tcl - removes collision from your character enabling simulated flight or to reach places that were previously unreachable. (toggles collision; type tcl again to deactivate it.)
ttm1 - ToggleMapMarkers: Shows all Mapmarkers on the world map.
unlock - bring up the console, click a locked item or door, type "unlock" and presto, door unlocked.
The '
player.setav <Skill/Attribute Name> <value>' cheat from Oblivion still works. One note, for skills, the skills actually have a base value, so setting this on top of it adds to the value of the points that you have put into the skill while 'leveling' (ie. If you're skill started out at 15, and you had put 10 points into it from leveling up, you would need to put 'player.setav <skill> 15' to increase it by 5)
Caution using: player.setav <Skill/Attribute Name> <value>': If u level after using this u will get stuck at the skill points screen if u use more then u receive for the next level.
Changing timescale type:
set timescale to XXxx = 1 -> time advances by realtime clock.
xx = 30 -> time advances 30 minutes per every real minute (default in Oblivion).
The xx value can be any integer number. I don't know what the Fallout3 default is.
Creating named save games:
If you want a "named" save for specific instances or just to identify the saves of 2 different people playing (so you don't save over each others games.
Type:
save xxxxxx (then press enter), where xxxxxx is the name you want your saved game to be
With the console open, click on an object and you will find at the top of the screen the hex code of that item.
Power Armor Solution:Use the "Tilde key" ` and type exactly as follows; SetPCCanUsePowerArmor 1
this will give player the ability to use any power armor in game, be advised that the "Prototype medic power armor" has a AI function which also vocalises any enemy contact, so this renders the sneak skill redundant when it mouths off.
If you have the console open and click on a creature or human or mutant or whatever, type "Kill" to instantly kill that subject.
More coming soon!
