Ok,now since I'm a moron, I gave all the special keys to Mr.Crowley in Underworld,after the quest.Now from what I see,Crowy died somewhere in the wastelan and now all I have is Ted's key,for some reason.I'm currently rummaging through Fort Constantine looking for a way into the Bomb Storage to get the coveted armor.Is this a lost cause?Because I did that quest at level 17 or so, and I'm level 23 now,so i am NOT going through that again.Also,please note I am playing the Playstation 3 version, so no, I cannot use commands.

Sucks.
You need all the keys or you can't get the armor.
That's why next time you should give Crowley the keys, then instantly kill him after your quest is completed and you get the experience. I currently have a bug on my game which doesn't even allow Crowley to enter the Wasteland, he just gets glitched into the right pillar at the entrance of Underworld.

Now I have heard that if unguarded,Crowley dies quite easily in the Wastes,would it be possible to find his corpse in the middle of nowhere and grab the keys?

Possible, but highly unlikely. Odds are slim to none.

Have you ever found any of the dead merchants? Almost impossible.
They can also slip into the area below the game surface.
Never to be found unless using PC console commands.

Still, it is possible, but you may be looking forever.

Better to kill Crowley as he leaves the underworld.
